The Sumidgawa Fireworks festival is one of the biggest fireworks show in Japan. Around 20,000 fireworks are shot up into the air! Amazing! The show usually starts around 7pm and last about an hour and a half. There are so many people that come to see the fireworks, if you`re looking to have a good spot for the show, you need to be well prepared. Tokyo Sky Tree
The Tokyo Skytree (actually in the Sumida Ward) is the tallest structure in Japan reaching a heigh of 634 meters. It is used as a televison and radio broadcast site. It`s a marvel to look at! You can go to the Tembo Deck on the 350th floor, or the Tembo Galleria on the 450th floor. Open from 8:00 - 22:00.
